@grassblock @board 在欧洲的服务器，如果对版权限制比较宽松的话，那站长基本等于找死[1]， 在欧洲host没有liscence的音乐罚款可能四位数欧元起步。要求1和3基本是等于要求站长替你掏腰包（买带宽和存储）以及承担法律风险。
美国不清楚。其实对版权限制最宽松的就是国内视频平台，因为隔着墙版权方找不上你。
