Drew DeVault （SourceHut 的创始人）发文称 GitHub Copilot 正在忽略开源项目的协议，并将自由软件的代码「洗白」为非自由软件可用的代码。同时， Copilot 可能会使其用户不小心违反源项目代码的协议。
